Smart Meals

In order to guarantee the quality of our products, we respect the regulations on food products which do not allow us to exchange the flavours once the Challenge has been started.

If even just one Smart Meal has been consumed we're unable to accept returns.

However, there are shapers groups on Facebook where you can directly exchange with each other! That's the advantage of community!

Don't worry! There is no problem if you don't finish your entire Smart Meal, you will still see results, what matters is that you're full! 

You might just get a little hungry during the morning and if so, have some Open Foods ;)

We have a solution… as always!
Take the second Smart Meal around 4pm so you're not starving when you arrive for dinner and make choices that aren't super great for your abs (bread, cake, drinks...)

Of course, this should be an exception if you want the best results from your Challenge!


Smart Meals contain around 200 kcal regardless of the flavour..
So you can also have a sweet 

Smart Meal, even for dinner. :)

You can occasionally replace water with skimmed milk or soya milk, especially in the morning. This will not change the results of the method but it will add extra calories!
In order to limit the amount of milk as much as possible, you could try 50% water and 50% milk. ;)
The only Smart Meals that contain gluten are the pasta dishes: Spicy Bolo, Indian Curry, Pasta Pesto and Cheese Pasta.

Our products are extremely low on lactose. On average in our Smart Meals you will find: 8g of lactose in the sweet flavours & 4g in the savoury flavours.

Depending on your intolerance level, if you're not strongly lactose intolerant our Smart Meals won't harm you.

At So Shape, we follow the latest scientific advice of the International community and the European standards: you can consume 12g of lactose, or 1/4 litres of milk without any problems, even with a very high lactose intolerance... So let's avoid nonsense!

For those who would like to know a little more:

So Shape Smart Meals contain vegetable protein sources, i.e. pea and soya proteins, but also milk proteins.

It's the perfect combination for a balanced diet which contains all amino acids, and essential nutrients! This is the only source of lactose.

So, Smart Meals are extremely good for you... and they don't contain any GMOs, conservatives or other mysterious additives!

All Smart Meals can be consumed within about two years. There is a more precise date under the folding of each of our little Smart Meal. ;)

A single Smart Meal would not be representative of the So Shape experience and would require shipping material that aren't necessary!

So we don't give samples, but we do offer a discover Reboot Challenge of short duration (5 days) so you can test as many flavours as possible (up to 10) and get this will give you a better understanding of So Shape!

First of all, ensure you take the infuser out of your shaker! And don't put your shaker in the microwave! Don't put boiling water in your shaker. :)

After that, preparation depends on the Smart Meal.

Sweet flavours: pour 350ml of cold water, add the powder from the Smart Meal, shake well! You can try these flavours hot: to do so, pour into a bowl and put it in the microwave.

Frappés: pour 350ml of cold water and then ice cubes, add the powder from the Smart Meal. Shake well!

Soups: pour 350ml of cold water, add the powder from the Smart Meal, shake, pour into a bowl and put it in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes. Add water if the soup is too thick.

Hot dishes: fill the shaker with water up to the lowest gauge (150ml). For the Risotto, pour up to slightly lower than that gauge. Pour water into a bowl, add the contents of the Smart Meal and stir. Heat for 1.30 minutes in the microwave without covering. Leave to cool for 5 minutes, covered with a plate, then heat for 30 seconds in the microwave.
