We package your order very quickly in order to get it to you fast, which means that we cannot modify it once it's been confirmed. Unfortunately we cannot change delivery option, delivery address or carton flavours.

Don't worry, you won't have to pay customs duty or import taxes on orders to metropolitan France or countries in the European Union.

If you've placed an order for a country outside of the European Union, be advised that customs and import taxes will be charged once the parcel arrives in the country of destination. Your order will be held back by the customs office which may ask you to pay extra taxes. These taxes must be covered by the recipient of the parcel.

Unfortunately, we have no control of the taxes to be paid and cannot determine their amount since customs and import tax policies vary from one country to another.

For additional information on possible fees, we recommend that you contact your local customs office!

In order to guarantee the quality of our products, we respect the regulations on food products which do not allow us to exchange the flavours once the challenge has been started. However, there are shpaer groups on Facebook where you can directly exchange with each other! That's the advantage of community!

We package your order very quickly, which means that we can't change or cancel it once it's been confirmed. Unfortunately, we can't change the shipping option, shipping address or the carton flavours. You still have the right to return the parcel and be reimbursed. :)

    We package your order very fast, which means we can't change or delete it once it's been confirmed. Unfortunately we can't change delivery option, delivery address or composition of the box.

No worries if you haven't received the e-mail confirming your order because of an error in the e-mail address that you submitted, we will send you another after you contact us

You haven't received the e-mail confirming your order:

  • Check your spam folder?
  • If it's not there, maybe you made a typo in your order? No problem, contact us and we'll send it again!

You have 14 working days from the day of reception of the ordered products to change your mind without having to give any reason or extra payment, except return shipping.

The shipment must be made with a carrier that does registered mail and it is your responsibility.

  • The products must be unopened and in their original packaging.
  • The parcel must be sent during the two weeks following reception. Date of postmark will be taken as proof of postage.

You must write to us by registered mail to 10 rue de la Victoire, 75009 Paris, France, in order to inform us of your intention to exercise your right to return the goods. The letter must mention: the order number, the name of the buyer, the order date and the reason for returning the goods.

You must attach to the return parcel a copy of the bill without which we will not be able to reimburse you.

Don't forget: the return parcel is your responsibility until it arrives at our warehouses, so it's important that you keep proof of having sent it until it reaches us!

We will process your return as soon as possible after reception and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.We'll do our best to shorten the delay of reimbursement which may take up to 30 days after return. :)
