Payment and promotions
Don't panic! Follow this advice:
- Log on to your personal account in order to check the details of your debit card or your PayPal account. Make sure the submitted info is correct, e.g. correct expiration date, or name of card holder.
- Make sure you submit the correct CVC code. It's the 3-digit number on the back of your card:
- The issuer of your card may have refused the payment. Contact your bank or PayPal;
If you've followed all the points above, try using another payment method or call us if you have any other questions!
No worries if you haven't received the e-mail confirming your order because of an error in the e-mail address you submitted. We will send you another after you write to us.
It all depends when you subscribe.
There are two "departures" a month: the 1st and the 15th (unless it's a Sunday). We try to make sure there's about 30 or 60 days between parcels.
We want to allow you a regular but FLEXIBLE rhythm! The first box will arrive like normal: 48h after you place your order.
Then, if you don't make any change, here's how it goes, according to the date of your first order:
- between the 1st and the 7th of the month: you will receive your products on the 1st of the following month
- between the 8th and the 23rd of the month: you will receive your products on the 15th of the following month
- between the 24th and the 31st: you will receive your products on the 1st of the month following the next.
Simple, right? Of course, you can alway modify the date of the next parcel.
